We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it (e.g., Car Seat cushions must not be installed or stained).
  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or order number to complete your return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized Products: Items that have been personalized with a custom logo or specific OEM/ODM requests (unless the item is defective).
  • Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

  • Returns for bulk orders due to quality issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis, potentially including partial refunds or replacement parts in the next shipment.
