At CarMallPro, we love to surprise our customers! As a token of our appreciation, we occasionally include free gifts with your orders. Please read the following guidelines to understand how our free gift promotions work.

How to Qualify for Free Gifts

Free gifts are typically offered during special promotional periods or when your order meets specific criteria. Common ways to receive a free gift include:

Minimum Purchase: Enjoy a complimentary automotive accessory when your order total exceeds a certain amount (e.g., orders over $100).

Seasonal Campaigns: During holidays or special sales events (like Black Friday or Anniversary Sales), we may include a surprise gift with every order.

New Product Launches: Be among the first to try our new products, and receive a related accessory for free as a launch bonus.

Gift Selection & Availability

Please note that free gifts are selected by CarMallPro based on availability and suitability. We are unable to accept requests for specific gifts, color choices, or exchanges for other items. The image of the free gift shown on our promotional banners is for reference only; the actual gift may vary.

Free gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable.

Returns & Exchanges of Free Gifts

Because free gifts are complimentary promotional items, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cash redemption on their own.

If you need to return the main items from your order, we kindly ask that you include the free gift in the return package (if it is unused and in its original condition). If the free gift is missing or damaged upon return, we may deduct the actual value of the gift from your total refund amount.

Missing a Free Gift?

We do our best to ensure every qualifying order is packed correctly. However, if you believe your order qualified for a free gift but it was missing from your package, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the package contents, and we will investigate the issue for you.
